Workshop Japans Sushi 16 maart

De Japanse kookworkshop wordt gegeven door gastchef Shiori Fujisawa.

Do you know that there are many different types of sushi? Chirashizushi, Nigirizushi, Temakizushi, Temarizushi... there are many varieties.

This time, let's review the most popular type of sushi in the Netherlands; Makizushi, and we'll try making Chirashizushi and Temarizushi too! Shiori will serve you Akadashi miso soup, which goes perfectly with sushi. If there are more than 6 people, we will also give you some Japanese sweets at the end of the lesson.

De workshop start om 14.30 en duurt 2,5 à 3 uur en wordt afgesloten met een gezamenlijke maaltijd. De workshop wordt in het Engels gegeven. De kosten zijn €59,95 per persoon en er is plek voor 8 personen.
